On behalf of the Cambridge Lions Flag Football program, We would like to extend a sincere thank you to every player who attended our U12 Provincial Championship tryouts and showed interest in representing our organization.
The enthusiasm, effort, and talent displayed throughout the evaluation process made selecting the final roster extremely difficult. We truly appreciate the commitment shown by every athlete. For those players who were not selected this time, please know that this decision was not easy. We encourage you to continue developing your skills and to remain involved with our program, as there will be more opportunities in the future.
This tournament marks an exciting milestone for the Cambridge Lions as we launch our Tournament Team Program. We are proud to have a team competing in the Football Ontario Provincial Flag Football Championships in Hamilton on July 18-19, 2027. This is an outstanding opportunity for our athletes to compete against some of the top teams from across Ontario while continuing to develop their skills and represent our organization with pride.
